Scope of this policy

Your privacy is a priority for us, and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you is a part of it. This policy is meant to help you understand:

This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you upon your use of our products, services, or upon any interaction with us otherwise (which may include, attending our events), unless a superseding policy is enforced. Mujadidia Inc, we, and us refers to Mujadidia Inc. and any of our corporate affiliates. We are offering a range of products, under the term Mujadidia products that refers to all of these products inclusive of our other services and websites referred to as “Services” in this policy.

This document elaborates upon your choices regarding how we use information about you. Your choices may include ability to object upon certain usage of information regarding you and how you can access, or update, certain information pertaining to you.  In case you do not agree with this policy, do not access, or utilize, our Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.

Upon provision of services under contract with an organization (for instance, your employer) the organization with the contract shall control the information processed by the Services. For more information, please see “Notice to End Users” below.

What information we collected about you

We collect information about you only when it is explicitly provided by you during your usage of our services, or in case the other sources provide it to us, as clarified in further description below.

Information you provide to us

We collect information about you when you input it into the Services or otherwise provide it directly to us.

Account and Profile Information

We may collect information from your end upon registration for an account, creation or modification of your profile, changes in preferences, signing up for or making purchases through the “Services.” For instance, when you provide your contact information and, in specific cases, billing information when you register for the “Services.” Additionally you have the option of adding a display name, profile photo, job title, and other details to your profile information that can be displayed among our “Services.” We shall keep track of your preferences when you access the settings within the services.

The content you provide through our products

These “Services” include any Mujadidia products you may utilize, such that we may collect, and store, any content that you post, send, receive, and share. This content may include any information regarding you that has been included by you. Content shall also include the files, and any links, that you upload to the “Services.”  If you are using a server, or data center version, of our “Services,” then we do not host, store, transmit, receive or collect information about you (including your content), with the exception in specific cases, when it is permitted by your administrator. We are allowed to collect feedback provided directly to us, by you, through the product and; we may also collect content using analytic techniques that hash, filter, or otherwise scrub the information to exclude information that might be used to identify you, or your organization; and we also collect clickstream data regarding your interaction with, and usage of features, in the “Services.” Any server and data center administrators can disable our collection for this specific information from the “Services” through administrator settings, or hinder with this information from being shared with us if they block transmission at the local network level.

Content you provide through our websites

The “Services” include the websites that are owned or operated by us. We may collect other content that you submit to these websites, which may include social media, or social networking, websites operated by us. For instance, when you provide us with content during providing feedback, or by participating in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, activities, or other events.

The content you provide us for your websites

The “Service” is inclusive of administration for your websites that may be operated, or owned, by us. We will collect any other content that you submit to say websites, inclusive of any content, social media, or social networking websites operated by both parties. For instance, when you upload content to us, when you submit feedback, or when you take part in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, activities or events.

Information you provide through our support channels

The Services are inclusive of our customer support, where you may opt for submitting any information regarding an issue, alteration, or inconvenience you may be experiencing relating to a service. Whether you choose to engage with a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly, or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a description of the problem, alteration, the problem that you are experiencing, or any other relevant documentation, image, screenshot or information that can be helpful in identifying or resolving the issue.

Payment Information

We can collect relevant payment and billing information upon your registration for certain paid services.  For instance, when we ask you to designate a billing representative, including name and contact information, when you register. Additionally, you might be required to provide payment information, such as payment card details, for us to collect via secure payment processing services.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Services

We collect information about you upon usage of our Services, which may include browsing our websites or taking specific actions within the framework of our services.

Your use of the Services

We may keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. This information includes the features you use; any links you click on; the type, size, or filenames regarding attachments you upload to the services; any frequently used search terms; or details of your interaction with others using our services. We are also permitted to collect information regarding teams, or people, you work with or how such work is carried out. For instance, people you collaborate or communicate with frequently. In case you are using a server, or data center version, from our services, the information collected about your usage of the services shall be limited to clickstream data about your interact with and usage features with reference to our services. This shall be exclusive from content-related information described in “Content you provide through our products,” above. Servers or data center administrators have the ability to disable our collection of this information from the services using administrator settings or prevention of such information from being shared with us if they block transmission at a local network level.

Device and Connection Information

We may collect information about the devices that you might use to access our services. The may include, but not be limited to computer, phone, tablet, or any other device. This information may include your connection type, setting upon installation, access, updates, or use our Services. We can also collect information through your device regarding your operating system, browser type, IP address, URLs of landing/exit pages, specific device identifiers, or data regarding crashes. We may use your IP address and/or country preference so we can approximate your location and provide a better experience. The amount and extent of the information we collect shall depend on the type and settings of the device that you may use to access the services. Server and data center Service administrators are capable of hindering the collection such information by using administrator settings or preventing this information from being shared with if they block relevant transmissions at the local network level.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Mujadidia, and our third-party partners, including our partners for advertising and analytics, use cookies and other tracking technologies (like web beacons, device identifiers and pixels) for provision of functionality and in order to recognize you across different services and devices.

How we use information that is collected

Our usage for any collected information depends, in part, on the nature of services you may be availing, your usage of them, and any preferences you have shared with us. Given below are the specific purposes for which we may use the information collected about you to provide the Services and personalize your experience.

We require information about you in order to provide our services to you, which includes the need to process transactions with you, authenticate your id upon login, provision of customer support, or to operate and maintain the services. For instance, we need to use the name and picture you submit in accordance with your account to verify and distinguish your identity. Our services are inclusive of tailored features that personalize your experience, enhance productivity, and provide improvement upon your ability to collaborate effectively with others after analyzing the activities of your team extensively to generate search results, activity feeds, notifications, connections, and recommendations most relevant for you and your team of end users. For instance, we may need to use your job title and activity to return search results according to your job function. We may also need to use information about you in order to connect and other team members regarding relevant subject matter expertise. Your email domain can be used to infer your affiliation with a particular organization, or industry, in order to personalize content and user experience for you on our websites. If you are using more than one services, we can combine information about your activities to provide a unified experience, which may include letting you to find information from the domain of one service when you search function in another domain, or to present relevant product information as you surf our websites.

For research and development

We are always keen to find ways to enhance our services by making them more smart, fast, secure, integrated, and useful for you. In order to attain that, we need to use collective learning regarding how our services are used. Any data or feedback provided directly to us is used for troubleshooting and to identify trends, usage, activity patterns, or scenarios for integration and improvement of the Services.

To communicate with you about the Services

We may use your contact details to for conducting transactional communications via email, and within the services, that may include confirmation for your purchases, sending reminders regarding subscription expirations, responding to your comments, questions, and requests, providing customer support, or sharing technical notices, updates, security alerts, and any administrative messages. We shall notify you, via email, when there is new interaction on the services. We shall also provide custom-tailored messages based on your activity and interactions with us. For instance, certain actions you take, while interacting with the services may automatically trigger a feature, or third-party app suggestion, from within the services that could simplify your tasks. We may also deliver messages to let you know about a particular service, in order to support you in being more proficient regarding use of that particular service. This communication shall be a part of the services and in most cases, you cannot opt-out of them.  If the option to opt-out of them is available, you shall find it within the message itself, or under your account settings.

To market, promote and drive engagement with the Services

We may use your contact details and information regarding your usage of our services to send promotional messages that may be of use to you specifically. It may include communication via email or by delivering Mujadidia ads on other companies’ websites or applications, among platforms like Facebook and Google. Such communication will be aimed at stirring up engagement and maximizing your benefit from these Services. This may include details regarding new features, survey requests, newsletters, or events we may feel are of interest to you. We may also communicate with you regarding new product offers, promotions, and contests. You have control over not receiving these communications as described below as “Opt-out of communications.”

Customer support

We may use your information to resolve any technical issues that you may face, respond to your requests for assistance, analyze crash information, and repair or improve the services.

For safety and security

We may use information regarding you or your service use to verify accounts and activity, monitor suspicious or harmful activity, and to identify violations of service policies.

To protect our legitimate business interests and legal rights

Whenever required by law, or in case we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests, and the interests of others, we may use information regarding you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and audit functions. This may include disclosures in connection with the acquisition, merger, or sale of a business.

With your consent

We may use information about you, when we have your consent to do so, for specific purposes that may not be listed above. For instance, we may publish a testimony, or featured customer story, to promote the services, with your permission.

If you have granted permission for us to make use of any information about you for a specific purpose, you reserve the right to change your mind at any time. This shall not affect any procedure that has already taken place. When we may use your information, and us or a third party (as in your employer) has a legitimate interest to do so, you may reserve the right to object to any such use. Although, in some cases, this may deprive you of using the services anymore.

How we share information we collect

We create collaborative tools, and intend for them to be functional for you. This might translate into sharing information acquired through the services with certain third parties. We may share the information we collect about you via methods outlined below, which may include, but not limited to, connection with possible business transfers. It is important to notice that we are not in the business of selling your information to advertisers, or any other third parties, for any reason.

Sharing with other Service users

Upon your usage of our services, we may share certain information about you with other service users.

For collaboration

You shall be allowed to generate content that may contain your information, and grant permission to others so they can see, share, edit, copy, and download this content, based upon settings selected by you, or your administrator.  Some of the collaborative features regarding the services might display some, or all, of your profile information to other service users when the content is shared or interacted with.

Managed accounts and administrators

In case you register with, or access, the services based on an email address with a domain name owned by your employer, or organization, and that organization wants to establish an account or site, certain information regarding you such as your name, profile picture, contact info, content, and past use of your account may become visible to the organizational administrator, or any other users of the service that share the same domain. If you are an administrator for a particular site or group of users within these services, we may require to share your contact information with current, or past users of the service, in order to ensure facilitation of requests regarding the services.

How you can access or control your shared information

We may share information with third parties that enable us to operate, provide, improve, integrate, customize, support, and market our services.

Service Providers

We collaborate with third-party service providers to deliver website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis, and other services for us. This may require us providing them access to, or use, information about you. In case that a service provider needs to access any such information about you in order to render services on our behalf, they shall do so under strict instructions from us, with explicit policies and procedures designed to protect your information.

Mujadidia Inc. Partners

We collaborate with third parties that provide consultation, sales, and technical services required for delivering and implementing customer solutions regarding the services. We may share your information with these third parties in relation to their services, such as requiring assistance with billing, and collections, for provision of localized support, and to perform customizations. We may share information with these third parties where you have agreed regarding such sharing.

Links to Third Party Sites

The services may include links to external websites, or services that may have different privacy practices from us. If you decide to submit information via any of those third-party sites, your information shall be governed by their privacy policies, not the ones outlined in this document. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any such website that you might visit.

Social Media Widgets

The services may include links that direct you to other websites or services with privacy policies may differ from ours. In case of providing any information to any of those third-party sites, the data is governed by their privacy policies, not the one described in this document.

Third-Party Widgets

Some of our services may contain widgets and social media features, such as the “Tweet” button with respect to Twitter. Widgets and features like these can collect details like your IP address, details regarding pages you may visit while utilizing the services. The might set a cookie to enable any features to function properly. Widgets and social media features can be hosted by a third party, or hosted directly on our services. Your interactions with these features shall be governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

With your consent

We may share information about you with third parties, when you provide consent for us to do so. For instance, at times we display personal testimonials, from satisfied customers, on our public websites. With your consent, we may post your name with the said testimonial.

Compliance with Enforcement Requests and Applicable Laws; Enforcement of Our Rights

In exceptional cases, we may share information about you with a third party, if we believe that sharing this data is reasonably necessary for (a) compliance with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. It may include meeting national security requirements, (b) enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of service (c) protecting the security, or integrity, of our products and services, (d) protecting Mujadidia, our clients, or the public from harm or illegal activities, or (e) responding to an emergency which, in good faith, we believe requires us to disclose information in order to provide assistance in preventing the death, or serious bodily injuries of any given person.

Sharing with affiliated companies

We may share information we collect with affiliated companies and, in specific cases, with prospective affiliates. Such affiliated companies are owned, or operated, by us. The protection of this privacy policy shall apply to the information we share in these circumstances.

Mujadidia companies

We may share information we get regarding you with other Mujadidia corporate affiliates so we can operate and improve products and services. This helps us in offering other services affiliated with Mujadidia to you. It may include companies that own or operate the services.

Business Transfers

We may share, or transfer, information collected under this privacy policy regarding a connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of a portion, or entirety, of our business to another company. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice regarding the Services in case such a transaction takes place. This communication shall also notify you of any choices you may have regarding your information.

How we store and secure information we collect

Information storage and security

We are constantly striving to implement industry standard technical and organizational measures to secure any information that we may store.

While ensuring safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable due to the inherent nature of the Internet. We cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet, or while stored on our systems, or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

If you use our server or data center services, any responsibility for storing your data securely and providing access to any information you upload to the services rests with you, and not Mujadidia. We strongly recommend server or data center users to configure SSL in order to prevent interception of data being transmitted over networks and to restrict access to any sensitive points such as the databases and more.

How long we keep information

For how long we store any information collected, regarding you, depends upon the nature of that information, as described in detail below. When any such period lapses, we shall either remove or anonymize your information. In case this is not possible (for instance, because the information has been stored in backup archives), we shall store your information securely and isolate it from any further use until deletion becomes a possibility.

Account information

We shall retain your account information, for the duration of your account being active, and for a reasonable period thereafter, in case you decide to re-activate the services. We may retain some of your information that could be necessary to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve services at our end. In the case of retention of information regarding improvement and development of our services, we perform steps to normalize information that directly identifies you, and we only use the collected information to uncover generic insights about the use of our Services, instead of specifically analyzing personal characteristics regarding you.

Information you share on the Services

In your account is deactivated, or disabled, some of your information, and the content you may have provided shall remain in order to allow your team members, or other users to make full use of the services. For instance, we may carry on displaying messages that you sent to the users and were received by them. This includes continuation of displaying the content you may have provided.

Managed accounts

In case of services being made available to you through an organization (as in your employer), we may retain your information for as long as it is required by the administrator of your account. For more information, see the “Managed accounts and administrators” section above.

Marketing information

If you have chosen to receive marketing emails from us, we shall retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you have last expressed interest in our services. This may include the time you last opened an email from us, or withdrew from using your Mujadidia account. We may retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time, starting from the date any such information was created.

Other important information regarding privacy

Notice to End Users

Many of our products are intended for use by organizations. Where the Services are made available to you through an organization (for instance your employer), that organization is the administrator of the services and shall be responsible for the accounts and/or service sites over which it shall have control. In this scenario, kindly direct your data privacy questions to your administrator, as per your use of the services is subject to that organization’s policies. We shall not be responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator’s organization, which may differ from this policy.

Administrators are able to:

  • require you to reset your account password;
  • restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Services;
  • access information regarding internal and external details of your account;
  • access or retain information stored as part of your account;
  • install or uninstall third-party apps or other integrations

In some cases, administrators might also:

  • restrict, suspend or terminate access to your;
  • alter the email address associated with your account;
  • alter your information, including profile information;
  • restrict your ability to edit, restrict, modify or delete information

 Our policy towards children

These services are not directed towards individuals under age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we shall take proper action and delete any such information.

Texas Privacy Rights

Do Not Track.  Mujadidia Inc. does not track its customers over time and across third-party websites and online services (e.g., mobile apps), and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites and apps may track your browsing activities when they provide you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. Third parties may collect personal data relating to your online activities over time and across different websites and apps when you use our Sites.

Cross-Border Transfers of Personal Data

Data specifically associated with you may be transferred to, or stored, on servers at Mujadidia’s hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the United States. The European Commission has recognized Canada (commercial organizations) as providing an adequate level of data protection. Data protection and privacy laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as the laws in your respective country. For instance, personal data transferred to the United States may be subject to lawful access requests by federal and state authorities in the United States.  AWS is a part in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield principles and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield principles regarding the collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal data from the European Economic Area and Switzerland, as described in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certifications and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield certifications of AWS.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by adding a notice on the Services homepages, login screens, or by sending you an email notification. We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.  We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you use the Services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

If you are not in agreement with any changes to this privacy policy, you will need to stop using the services and deactivate your account(s), as the procedure described above.
